WARE-HOUSING FOR CLOTH ROLLS:
This
warehouse is filled directly from
the “fabric testing”
department via a conveyor belt
installed at a height. This also
carries out “accumulation”
functions. The rolls are fed into
the warehouse in a randomized
manner and according to the
algorithm that foresees the
filling of the free spaces closest
to the loading bays. The “extracting”
activity envisages the transferal
of the individual rolls from the
positions in the warehouse into
one of the 18 containers located
in the external bays. Before being
deposited into the bays the rolls
are automatically labeled with
labels indicating their general
data as well as the “Customer’s”
data and place of destination.
This is all managed by a
custom-designed computerized “SUPERVISION”
system. |
